Delivery is Monday to Saturday (2-3 Days, Royal Mail) - £1.45 or FREE over £25

Next Day-Delivery

Delivery is Monday to Saturday (1-2 working days, Royal Mail) - £2.85 or FREE over £40

Nominated Day Delivery

Delivery is Monday to Saturday (you can choose a delivery day of your choice, up to 10 days in advance) - £5.95 or FREE over £40

Evening Next-Day

Delivery is Monday to Sunday between 6pm to 10pm - £7.95 or FREE over £70

International Standard Delivery

Delivery is Monday to Saturday (5-7 Days, Royal Mail) - 4.95€ or FREE over 50€

International Tracked Delivery

Delivery is Monday to Saturday (3-5 Days, Royal Mail Express) - 9.95€ or FREE over 70€

We know how important it is to receive your goods when you expect them, especially if you've ordered something for a specific occasion, and we use a large network of couriers to deliver goods.

We allocate the delivery partner based on the delivery method selected and the value of your order.

The UK has reached a trade agreement with the EU that has taken effect from 01.01.21. This agreement establishes zero tariffs or duties on trade between the UK and the EU. This means that all orders placed and shipped within Europe, will continue as normal and avoid any further charges. 

All European orders will be shipped as normal. Our courier may contact you for payment, if this happens please pay it and we will reimburse you immediately.

We know how important it is to get your order to you as quickly and conveniently as possible, and we endeavour to despatch orders within one working day.

However, please note that during special releases, major holidays and sale periods this may take longer. 

PLEASE NOTE: During the COVID-19 crisis we are currently shipping as normal and we will endeavour to update all customers if there are any changes to this. However, some parts of the world are experiencing delays in courier times. Please refer to your tracking for further info.

*We try our hardest to meet all delivery times, but, very occasionally, there may be delays, especially during busy periods (including sale). There might also be other factors, too… stuff like postal/delivery partner delays, traffic delays, logistics, bad weather or if our delivery partners are unable to access the delivery address. We'll keep you as updated as we can, though, and you should be able to track your parcel’s progress. If you have any other issues, feel free to contact Customer Service. Please see the checkout page for up-to-date estimates of delivery and cut-off times, as occasionally (e.g., the reasons above) these delivery services may not be available, or order cut-off times may need to be amended and/or delivery times may need to be extended. However, we'll always work hard to keep these temporary changes to a minimum. We can't be held liable for any parcels that are lost or stolen as a result of any specific delivery instructions left for the delivery partner.
